Visa ini disebut Visa Exemption Long Distance Relationship.

  • Bank Statement/ Cetak Rekening Koran

  •  Asuransi Perjalanan  Minimal coverage (pembiayaan) € 30.000.

  • Proof of Relationship (bukti hubungan sama si doi)

Declaration of Relationship.

Prosedur Pengajuan Visa Schengen Melalui VFS

  • Cuss ke website > VFS GLOBAL pilih pembuatan janji temu (make an appointment).

  • Setelah dipanggil, serahin semua dokumen dan make sure semua lengkap.

    Visa fee IDR 1.340.000

    Biaya Logistik IDR    288.000

    Covid Levy Fee (sumbangan)IDR      38.500

    Kurir IDR      50.000

    Total IDR 1.716.500

Paspor aku selesei persis 7 hari. Tapi karna ada proses pengantaran, jadi aku baru dapet pasporku setelah total 11 hari. Selama 11 hari jadi kurus, kepikiran terus bakal diterima gak visanya.

Good Luck Good People!

WHY RED TEA IS BETTER THAN GREEN TEA

Green tea has long been acknowledged for its health and wellness benefits, including weight
loss assistance. The evidence is irrefutable. But are we overlooking something better?
It is true that green tea contains powerful antioxidants. These components contribute to
minimizing health risks such as cancer and cardiovascular disease.
As a Weight Loss Expert, it has been my primary goal to share practical tips and tricks for
those pursuing optimal health. In upholding my obligation to transparency, I am about to
reveal how green tea, although beneficial, is gradually losing value in the light of its delicious
rival – rooibos.
Rooibos, also known as red tea, is equally high in antioxidants, but is sourced from different
substances to that of green tea. The antioxidants contained in rooibos – aspalathin and
nothofagin – are comparatively rare, and help to regulate blood sugar, reduce excessive fat
production, lessen stress, and inhibit metabolic disorders.
After the results of recent studies, alongside my own findings related to the major players
in sustainable weight loss, I consider red tea an essential. In addition to preventing heart
disease, diabetes, Alzheimer’s and more, it is an accessible and effective answer to weight
gain.
This year I began the production of my Red Tea Detox. A primary goal was to harness the
incredible benefits of rooibos whilst combining the ingredient with a number of other, equally
valuable elements.

Rooibos means red bush. The plant is readily available, with leaves that turn red upon
fermentation. With so much potential to assist with our health and wellness journey, I
considered it wrong to ignore the strength of the plant.
Unlike green tea, red tea does not contain caffeine, and therefore drinking the blend at night
won’t leave you restless.
Another factor of its ultimate superiority is simply – taste. The bitterness of green tea is often
attributed to its high tannin content, which is less prevalent in red tea.
Many health products do not aim to bridge the gap between adults and young children,
but the pursuit of health is of equal importance for both demographics. Which is why I’ve
designed a recipe that caters to all ages and tastes, with the inclusion of a sweetened
version of the recipe.
This particular Red Tea Detox program is fresh and matchless, already actively transforming
lives since its launch.

Eco-Friendly Bamboo Toothbrush

What Is It?

Bamboo tootbrush are actually one of the oldest types of toothbrushes. The earliest bristle toothbrushes were invented in China in the 15th century and featured boar hair bristles and bamboo handles.

Bamboo toothbrushes are similar to any other manual toothbrush you would find on the shelf. They have a handle and bristles to remove food bits and plaque from your teeth. The key difference between bamboo toothbrushes and plastic toothbrushes is the material used to make the handle.

What Are a Bamboo Toothbrush Made of?

The handle is made from 100% Organic Bamboo. The wrapper around the toothbrush is plant-based and commercially compostable.

Normally, the bristles made from 2 type of  material. 62% castor bean oil (new) and nylon. The bristles are not biodegradable, but they are certified bio-based and contain less petroleum-based plastic than other toothbrushes do.

If you want a fully biodegradable toothbrush, choose one with a bamboo handle and bristles made from boar hair.

Is The Bamboo Toothbrush Better?

With concerns about the environment on the rise, many people want to make more informed decisions about their use of plastic. For some, switching to a bamboo toothbrush is a simple way to reduce the use of plastic at home.

When used in its raw form, such as in the shape of a toothbrush handle, bamboo does have a considerably smaller ecological footprint compared to plastic. This is because bamboo is biodegradable. You can compost the handles of bamboo toothbrushes if you first remove the nylon bristles. You can also find ways to creatively reuse the toothbrush handles, such as turning them into plant markers for your garden. However, if bamboo toothbrushes end up in the trash, they aren’t significantly more environmentally friendly than their plastic cousins.

Bamboo toothbrushes are an eco-friendly alternative, because bamboo is a natural plant, fully biodegradable, thus a renewable and sustainable resource. It is one of the fastest growing plants on the planet so we don’t need to worry about running out any time soon.

How Long Do Bamboo Toothbrush Last?

3 months With proper care, our ecological bamboo toothbrush will last just as long as a conventional plastic toothbrush. The American Dental Association recommends replacing your toothbrush every 3 months, or when the bristles have frayed.

Many benefits can be obtained from a bamboo toothbrush. Apart from being safe because it is antibacterial, we can also support efforts in protecting the environment by using environmentally friendly products.

Let’s switch from plastic toothbrushes to bamboo toothbrushes and save our world!

Don’t worry girls! Qioya.com has a solution for you.

Let’s have a look at the instructions below step by step

1. Prepare Tools and Materials

  • Cotton or tissue
  • Acetone
  • Nail buffer
  • Nail clippers, scissors & cuticle pusher
  • Basecoat & Topcoat
  • Gel polish (Gel polish is the best choice among other types of nail polish. Besides providing better color results, nail polish is also more durable)
  • UV light lamp

2. Clean The Nails

For nails that are still remaining dirt from previous nail polish can be cleaned with acetone liquid. Simply by pouring a little on the cotton and then rub gently to the surface of the nail to clean.

If you have used nail gel polish before, then the nails should be wrapped in aluminum foil together with cotton and acetone, then let stand for 5-10 minutes.

3. Spruce Up The Shape of The Nails

When the nails grow, there may be some parts that grow unevenly or may break. Cut and file your nails using a nail buffer to give the desired shape (usually oval or square) and smooth and flat on the edge of the nail.

4. Clean The Cuticles

Clean the cuticles or dead skin cells on the outside and edges of the nails. Apply a little lotion or cream on the outer skin area of the nail, then let stand for a moment. Push the cuticle slowly and cut / pull using a scissor and cuticle pusher. Please be careful, don’t let your skin peel off or cut too deep. CLICK!

5. Apply Base Coat

Apply a 1 layer base coat, dry with a UV light lamp approximately 30 – 60 seconds. It helps the polish stick to your nail more easily. A base coat also creates a barrier that helps protect your nails from the damaging effects of nail polish. It prevents staining and peeling, and it will give your polished nails a more even texture.

6. Apply Nail Gel Polish

Apply nail gel polish 3 layers one at a time (thin). For every layer, dry using a UV light for at least 60 seconds.

Repeat the process.

Do not forget to clean nail gel polish that may stick around the skin outside the nails before drying.

7. Apply Top Coat

In the last step, apply a 1 layer top coat, dry with a UV light lamp approximately 30 – 60 seconds

This topcoat will give a shiny impression on the nails and make nail polish last longer.

Topcoats can also help block UV rays from damaging color, protecting it from water and other things your hands regularly touch.

Your nails are done! Simple as that? Yes! You don’t need to leave the house, make beautiful nails and can spend time with family at home.
